Before, Hauling Water was a Daily Task for ChildrenEstimated that 2000 persons benefit daily from this Project
First Graduates from School with upgraded Water and Sewer that provides water to surrounding CommunitySlippery Rock Rotary and the Rotary Club of Lukaya, Uganda developed this project which supports the expansion of the Mustard Seed Academy and provides clean water to near-by residents in Lukaya. The Global Grant provided:
1. Drilling of two wells
2. Water distribution system
3.Wastewater management
4. Rain water storage
5. Toilet block construction.
Total Funding as a Rotary International Grant - $137,500
