Rotary Club AGM & Elections

The Rotary Club of North Bay, Ontario, Canada Inc. will be holding it's Annual General Meeting to review the operations of the Club for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 years and Club Elections for the 2020 - 2021 Rotary year via Zoom at noon on Monday, December 21st, 2020.
 
This meeting will be consider a Club Council open to members in good standing only.  No guests or general public to attend.
 
At this meeting there will be:
  • review of the consolidated audited statement of the corporation for the years ended 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 as prepared by BDO Canada LLP.  A link will be provided shortly to access the statements via ClubRunner documents and Dean Decaire of BDO will be on the call to answer inquiries.
  • appoint auditors for the year ending June 30th, 2021
  • election of officers and directors for the Rotary year, July 1st, 2020 to June 30th, 2021.
  • general discussion on Club activities from the Members.
