Thank you to the members that attended our meeting Dec. 16th. We put together 30 hygiene packs which were delivered to the Crisis Centre, we had games, stories and songs put together by Trudy with the help of her elf, George.
There was a lot of laughter and fellowship. Bob Cunningham was amazing in his sharing of the recipe - he reminded me so much of
Foster Brooks - well done, Bob.
We can't forget our "Star", Bill Hagborg, who "shined" in his role.
The competition was fierce in the challenges to pick from the gift table with games that brought out our skills and determination!
Thank you to helping fill the box for The Joy Project. Nicole Beatty will ensure the socks, mittens, etc. are dropped off for distribution to families in need. In case you wanted to donate either items or money, the box is at the YMCA.
