Our Youth Exchange student, Olaia, is enjoying her exchange and will be travelling with me to the HHART mission in Dominican Republic in February. As some of you know, this trip will be very eye-opening and give her an experience that will show her what Rotary is about - not just our local community work but what Rotary does internationally as well. Olaia has joined us at our weekly meetings, she was part of the Bingo Stuffing Party as well. Thank you to the members that have reached out to Olaia to involve her in events and to Bob Cunningham who has been her Monday meeting driver! Please do continue to include Olaia in your own family events and if she is not already booked, I am sure she would enjoy being welcomed to take part.
