WEEKLY BULLETIN
January 12, 2025

At our meeting on Monday, January 6th we had the pleasure to hear Hariett Madigan of Clean, Green & Beautiful give us a presentation and to thank us for our Club's support both through financial means and manpower.  She believes that when the community does things together, we are stronger and healthier.  Our community is not just the people but also the animals, urban and natural environment - we cannot live without the green.  She had a few copies of the Communities in Bloom magazine and here is the link to learn more:

The January 13th meeting will be our Club Council.  Please plan on attending as we will be going over the survey results and looking for input from you as to how we can ensure our Club is relevant, what do we change, what else can we do and other ideas that have come from the survey results.  As of now, we have 17 surveys and many great comments.  We will also have the committee sheets posted around the room (similar to last year) so you can ensure you are showing in Clubrunner under the committee you want to be part of and to make sure we have you listed in the correct committee(s).  There will be Zoom available for those that cannot attend in person.  Here is the Zoom link information in case any of you are not able to get in through the web site link:

One of the comments in the survey that I wanted to mention before the Monday meeting was that we should be wearing our name tags.  We do have some new and newer members so wearing your name tag would be a great!  We will have the use of some storage space at Cecil's so we can keep your name tags and have them at the front table where you can pick them up.  So please, bring your name tags Monday and if you cannot find yours, let Jeff Celentano or myself know.
