Hope you all enjoyed our Monday's off-site visit to the Capitol Centre. It was interesting to learn the history of the theatre and how it has expanded its programs to include schools to promote interest in the Arts among children! We were served a very nice lunch by Savoir Faire Catering - Thank you Patricia Spencer. We were presented with a proposal to help support Capitol Centre which will be discussed at the next board meeting. We will let you know any updates. Please do let any board member know if you enjoyed the off-site meeting and if you have ideas for other meeting sites.

There is no meeting on October 14th. I wanted to wish you and your families all the best over the Thanksgiving holiday. We are so blessed to be living where we are. Please keep our neighbours to the south in mind and hope for a safe outcome from this monster of a storm headed for Florida!
I hope you all enjoy some great family time and take away wonderful memories.
